Due to feedback from testers the App (which was as good as finished in mid July) has been extended to include a Facebook news feed feature as part of the Facebook functionality. The news feed pulls down the updates, comments & photos and the research led to a fuller understanding of the Facebook API so worth the effort.
The App is now entering final testing (for memory leaks and any other gremlins) and will be submitted to Apple for approval in the near future. Once it’s approved & on sale the hard job of marketing the App to the Wedding World begins.
In a few months time it’s possible that Twitter integration will be added but this depends on the apparent need and usefulness to this type of App.

iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G and iPod Touch Compatibility
I’m Getting Married has been developed to work on as many iPhone and iPod touch models as possible. So long as you have kept up with your IOS updates the App will work.
Older iPod Touches without a camera can use the photo features by transferring photos via iTunes to the device. iPhone 4 users benefit from sharper graphics and faster operation but all development and testing has ensured great performance on the older devices.
